Spiced Walnuts Recipe

1 egg white whipped to stiff peaks
1 tablespoon water
1/2 cup white sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Blend above ingredients then slowly fold in 2-3 cups
of walnuts (I used English walnuts and you can also
use pecans) until all are moistened.

Put waxed or parchment paper onto large cookie sheet
and spread mixture onto cookie sheet making one layer.

Bake at 300 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Before they
cool too much, remove from cookie sheet. Enjoy!
